Product overview
Details that help confirm the fit.
The nozzle atomises oil into the combustion chamber and sets both the firing rate and the shape of the flame. It is a wearing part, changed at every service rather than when it fails.
Everything you need to order is stamped on the nozzle flats: the capacity in US gallons per hour, then the spray angle and a pattern letter. B is solid, S-S is semi solid, H is hollow. So 0.65 60 B reads as 0.65 USgal/h, 60 degrees, solid cone.
Send us those three details, or simply the old nozzle, and we will supply the match. Fitting the wrong pattern will soot up a boiler even when the flow rate is right, so it is worth getting exact.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
