The control box runs the burner's start sequence: pre-purge, ignition, flame check and lockout. When a burner locks out repeatedly with nothing wrong on the flame side, the control box is often the cause.
Control boxes are not interchangeable between models, so quote the reference printed on the existing box. When you enquire, send the burner make and model from the rating plate, the fuel it runs on, and the boiler or heater it is fitted to. A photograph of the old part or the rating plate is usually enough for us to match it exactly and quote the same day.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
