Product overview
Details that help confirm the fit.
The Riello Oil Burner Nozzle Assembly is a precision-machined brass component designed to hold the fuel nozzle and deliver pressurised oil to the burner’s combustion head.
The assembly features a female threaded fuel connection at one end and a male threaded nozzle connection at the opposite end. The hexagonal body sections allow secure tightening during installation and servicing.
An integrated sealing ring helps provide a secure connection within the burner assembly, while the retaining clip supports correct positioning and mechanical stability. The cylindrical brass construction provides durability, corrosion resistance and reliable service in oil-burner operating conditions.
During burner operation, pressurised fuel passes through the nozzle assembly and reaches the installed burner nozzle. The nozzle then atomises the fuel into a fine spray for mixing with combustion air and ignition inside the combustion chamber.
Correct nozzle positioning is essential for proper spray alignment, stable flame formation and efficient combustion. A worn, damaged or incorrectly installed assembly may contribute to fuel leakage, poor atomisation, irregular ignition or unstable burner performance.
The nozzle assembly is suitable for compatible Riello pressure-jet oil burners operating with LDO, diesel, kerosene and light fuel oil. Typical applications include heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, furnaces, industrial ovens, hot-air generators and thermic-fluid heaters.
The assembly should be installed using the correct fuel nozzle and sealing components for the burner model. The fuel line must be kept clean during installation to prevent contaminants from entering the nozzle passage.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
