Product overview
Details that help confirm the fit.
The Oil Burner Blower Wheel is a centrifugal fan impeller designed to supply combustion air to compatible oil-burner systems. The blower wheel is installed inside the burner fan housing and driven by the burner motor.
The wheel features multiple closely spaced forward-curved blades arranged around a circular central hub. As the motor rotates the blower wheel, air enters through the open side of the wheel and is accelerated outward through the blades into the burner air passage.
The generated airflow supports fuel atomisation, ignition and stable flame formation. Correct combustion-air delivery is essential for efficient burner operation and helps reduce smoke, soot formation and incomplete combustion.
The blower wheel is manufactured from formed metal with a protective metallic finish. The circular outer rim supports the blade structure, while the central hub provides the connection to the burner motor shaft.
Different blower-wheel sizes are used according to burner capacity, motor configuration and fan-housing dimensions. The replacement wheel must match the original component’s diameter, width, shaft bore, hub position and direction of rotation.
Typical applications include LDO, diesel, kerosene and other compatible pressure-jet oil burners used with heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, furnaces, industrial ovens, hot-air generators and thermic-fluid heaters.
The blower wheel should rotate freely without contacting the fan housing. Correct shaft alignment and balanced installation are important for maintaining consistent airflow, reducing vibration and protecting the burner motor bearings.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
