The Brahma E7/L-A3C is a normally closed, quick-acting solenoid valve designed for automatic fuel control in compatible light-oil burner systems.
The complete assembly consists of an electrically operated solenoid coil mounted on a die-cast brass valve body. The valve remains closed when the coil is not energised, preventing fuel from passing through the valve. Applying the rated electrical supply energises the coil and opens the valve for fuel delivery to the burner.
The E7/L-A3C operates from a 230 V AC, 50 Hz electrical supply and has a power consumption of 11 VA. The valve supports light-oil pressures up to 20 bar and uses a 1.5 mm internal orifice.
The DN 6 brass valve body incorporates G 1/8-inch female inlet and outlet connections. A moulded flow-direction arrow on the body indicates the correct direction of fuel movement through the valve.
The IP65-rated solenoid coil provides protection against dust and water jets when the valve is correctly installed. The prewired electrical cable supports connection to the burner controller or fuel-valve output circuit.
The valve is suitable for light-oil temperatures up to 80°C and ambient temperatures from 0 to 60°C. Its rapid operating action provides opening and closing within one second.
Typical applications include LDO, diesel, kerosene and compatible light-oil burners used with heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, industrial furnaces, ovens, hot-air generators and thermic-fluid heaters.
Correct installation direction, electrical earthing and upstream fuel filtration are essential for safe and reliable operation. Installation and commissioning should be performed by qualified burner-service personnel.
