Details that help confirm the fit.
The Oil Burner Diffuser Plate is a formed metal combustion-head component designed to distribute combustion air around the fuel nozzle and support stable flame formation.
The diffuser plate is installed at the front of the burner combustion head. Radial slots, vanes and formed openings direct the airflow supplied by the burner fan toward the atomised fuel spray.
Controlled air distribution helps improve fuel-and-air mixing during ignition and normal burner operation. Correct mixing supports reliable flame establishment, consistent combustion and reduced smoke or soot formation.
The central opening provides clearance for the fuel nozzle, nozzle holder and ignition-electrode arrangement. Depending on the burner design, additional holes or formed supports may be used to position electrodes or secure the diffuser within the combustion head.
Different diffuser patterns are used to match the airflow, burner output, nozzle spray pattern and combustion-head geometry of individual burner models. The replacement diffuser plate must match the original diameter, central opening, slot arrangement and mounting design.
Typical applications include pressure-jet burners operating with LDO, diesel, kerosene and compatible light fuel oils. These burners are commonly installed on heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, furnaces, industrial ovens, hot-air generators and thermic-fluid heaters.
The diffuser plate should be inspected during burner servicing and cleaned to remove soot, carbon and combustion deposits. Bent vanes, damaged slots or incorrect positioning can affect airflow and reduce combustion quality.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
