Product overview
Details that help confirm the fit.
The Riello Burner Hose Pipe is a flexible fuel-line component designed to connect compatible oil burners with the fuel supply or return pipework.
The hose transfers heating oil, diesel, kerosene or LDO between the fixed fuel line and burner components such as the oil pump, filter and fuel valve. Its flexible design helps accommodate burner installation, routine servicing and operational vibration.
A reinforced internal hose provides the fuel passage, while the braided outer covering protects the hose against abrasion and normal handling. Red and green tracer threads are woven into the grey braiding for easy visual identification.
Crimped metal sleeves secure the end fittings to the hose and provide a strong mechanical connection. Threaded fittings at both ends allow attachment to compatible fuel-system components.
Flexible hose construction helps reduce mechanical stress transferred from rigid pipework to the burner oil pump. It also allows the burner to be moved during servicing without disconnecting the complete fixed fuel installation.
Different hose lengths and fitting arrangements are available for various burner and oil-line configurations. The replacement hose should match the original component’s length, fitting orientation and connection arrangement.
Typical applications include Riello pressure-jet oil burners operating with heating oil, diesel, kerosene and LDO. These burners are commonly installed on heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, oil-fired furnaces, industrial ovens, hot-air generators and thermic-fluid heaters.
The hose should be installed without twisting, stretching or sharp bending. Regular inspection helps identify damaged braiding, hardened hose material, loose fittings, corrosion or fuel leakage before burner performance is affected.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
