Product overview
Details that help confirm the fit.
The Siemens AGK11 is a plug-in terminal base designed for mounting and electrically connecting compatible small-capacity burner control boxes. It provides a secure interface between the burner controller and field components installed in gas or oil burner systems.
The base incorporates plug-in spring contacts for the burner controller and screw terminals for connecting equipment such as the burner motor, ignition transformer, fuel valves, air-pressure switch, thermostats, flame detector, alarm circuit and remote-reset circuit. Actual terminal functions depend on the controller model and burner wiring diagram.
The AGK11 arrangement includes dedicated connection points for neutral conductors, protective-earth conductors and auxiliary circuits. An integrated earthing lug allows the base to be bonded securely to the burner using a suitable metric screw and locking washer.
Cable entry can be arranged from the front, side or bottom. Compatible AGK65 or AGK66 cable-gland holders can be clipped onto the base to support and organize incoming burner cables.
The moulded black plastic housing provides electrical insulation and resistance to impact and heat. Mounting holes allow the base to be secured to a compatible burner body, mounting plate or control-panel assembly.
Typical applications include gas burners, oil burners, boilers, furnaces, industrial ovens, hot-air generators and combustion-control panels using compatible Siemens LME, LMO, LOA, LGB, LGA or LGD1 burner controls.
Before installation, the complete base designation, terminal layout, mechanical keying, controller model and burner wiring diagram must be checked. Electrical installation, protective earthing, insulation testing and burner commissioning must be completed by qualified personnel.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
