Details that help confirm the fit.
The Riello G10 Ceramic Ignition Electrode Assembly is a genuine replacement component designed for compatible Riello 40 G10 pressure-jet oil burners.
The assembly consists of two parallel metal electrode rods supported and electrically insulated by a formed ceramic body. During the burner start-up sequence, the ignition transformer supplies high voltage to the electrodes and produces a spark across the correctly positioned electrode tips.
The ignition spark lights the atomised fuel discharged by the burner nozzle. Accurate electrode positioning is essential for dependable burner start-up, stable flame establishment and reduced ignition failure.
The ceramic body provides electrical insulation and resistance to the temperatures present around the combustion head. The twin metal rods extend through the ceramic support and position the ignition tips close to the nozzle spray area.
The electrode assembly has an overall length of 209 mm, a width of 40 mm and a height of 16 mm. The exposed metal electrode tips measure 25 mm.
This assembly is suitable for compatible Riello 40 G10, G10I and G10D oil burners. Typical applications include diesel and kerosene burners installed on heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, oil-fired furnaces, industrial ovens and hot-air generators.
The electrode assembly should be inspected during routine burner servicing. Cracked ceramic insulation, carbon tracking, corroded rods or incorrect electrode spacing can cause weak sparking, delayed ignition or burner lockout.
The burner must be disconnected from the electrical and fuel supplies before replacement. Electrode position and spark gap should be set according to the applicable Riello burner manual, followed by ignition testing and combustion analysis.
Model, voltage, rotation, pressure range and mounting can vary. Final compatibility is confirmed against the nameplate or existing component.
