The Riello 40 G10 Copper Oil Feed Tube is a pre-formed internal fuel pipe designed for compatible Riello pressure-jet oil burners.
The tube transfers pressurised fuel through the burner’s internal fuel circuit to the nozzle assembly. Its pre-bent shape allows the pipe to fit correctly within the burner housing while maintaining suitable clearance from nearby components.
The tube is manufactured from copper, providing corrosion resistance, durability and reliable fuel transfer in oil-burner operating conditions. Factory-fitted threaded union connections at both ends provide secure attachment to the corresponding burner components.
The formed bends help reduce installation stress and support correct alignment between the connected fuel-system components. Correct positioning is important for preventing vibration, strain and fuel leakage during burner operation.
This copper tube is supplied as a replacement spare for compatible Riello 40 G10 burner configurations. Typical applications include oil-fired heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, furnaces, industrial ovens and hot-air generators.
The burner must be isolated from the electrical and fuel supplies before replacement. After installation, all union connections should be checked for leakage, and the complete burner should be tested and commissioned by qualified personnel.
