The Riello G20 Copper Oil Pipe is a pre-formed internal fuel line designed for compatible Riello 40 G20 pressure-jet oil burners.
The pipe transfers pressurised fuel from the burner oil pump to the oil-gun or nozzle assembly. Its formed copper construction is shaped to fit inside the burner housing while maintaining suitable clearance from the motor, fan and other internal components.
Factory-fitted metal union connections at both ends provide secure attachment to the corresponding burner components. The threaded fittings support convenient removal and replacement during burner servicing.
The copper tube provides corrosion resistance, durability and dependable fuel transfer under normal burner operating conditions. The pre-formed bends help maintain correct alignment between the pump and nozzle assembly without placing unnecessary strain on the pipe or fittings.
Correct installation is important for preventing fuel leakage, vibration damage and restricted fuel delivery. The tube should be installed in its original orientation without altering or flattening the factory-formed bends.
Typical applications include Riello 40 G20 diesel and oil burners used with heating boilers, steam boilers, hot-water boilers, oil-fired furnaces, industrial ovens and hot-air generators.
The burner must be isolated from the electrical and fuel supplies before replacement. After installation, the oil circuit should be bled, all connections should be inspected for leakage, and the burner should be tested by qualified personnel.
